The Amber Weiss shares many characteristics with the traditional weissbier, differring in colour and adding a slight malt complexity with the addition of some darker malts offering some extra layers of caramel and very mild roasted notes. Balanced with a blend of low Alpha Acidic Noble Hops, this is a refreshing and flavourful beer.
